Summary: Schorn Construction has completed the two phase 70,000 square foot facility on the location of the previous dealership.  The dealership remained open throughout the construction process.  The project was a 16 month long duration. This Kia dealership is one of the largest in the United States and included a full lower level for car storage. Schorn worked with many of the owners supplied vendors in a cooperative venture to get the project to a successful final product.
