Schorn Construction completed an 8,000 square foot fit out for Sherwin Williams at their new Walnut Street location in the UPenn section of the city. The project consisted of a large demolition scope of removing all walls, fixtures, and millwork from a previous doctors office. The build out stayed true to Sherwin Williams’ new look in showcasing the window wall that is behind the teller line
Schorn Construction recently finished the construction of TD Bank’s new Middletown, DE location. This branch is one of TD Bank’s newest prototypes that contains modern finishes including black storefronts, wood grain teller stations, and quartz countertops.
Schorn Construction recently finished a 22,500 square foot tenant fit out for Aldi in Conshohocken. The project consisted of both interior and exterior work including structural shoring to complete the removal and rebuilding of the entire front elevation of the store. The interior of the store follows Aldi’s typical modern look with bright linear LED lighting and wood tone wall finishes.
Ardmore Music Hall was a design build effort by Schorn Construction. The major renovation consisted of opening up the 2nd floor to a new loge platform and 2nd level seating. The entire downstairs was remodeled to include a new stage, bar finishes, ticket booth, vestibule, bathrooms and platform seating.
Is the first of its type of prototype in the area. This is an expansive group up building consisting of exposed bar joist ceiling finishes and a new store layout.
Schorn has performed our first of many ALDI remodels, which consist of upgrading interior and exterior finishes, all while the store continued to stay open. The project was phased so that only sections of the store were closed at certain times to allow construction to continue. One of many challenges of this store was that it got a new electrical & fire sprinkler service .
